Dr. Gluck is responsible for co-ordinating the educational activities of the hospital, and has ultimate responsibility for approval of SHO study leave requests.

The Course Organisers are responsible for the smooth running of the scheme, and are present on a Thursday afternoon. Each course organiser takes responsibility for two hospital directorates, and a number of trainers. Any difficulties experienced with hospital or GP posts should be discussed with them and they are very supportive.
